Steve Ferguson
Steve, a native East Texan, is a 30+ year veteran of the Longview and East Texas real estate business. Steve prides himself on exemplary customer service and after over 2000 transactions later, he continues to cherish repeat business from his start in the 1970's. As past president of the Longview Area Association of Realtors, Steve stays abreast of the never ending changes each Realtor faces. Jo Ann Walker
Jo Ann is a native Texan, who has resided in Longview since 1976 and has been selling real estate for over 15 years. Her goal is to treat all her customers with kindness and respect and to gain a lifetime friend. She loves selling real estate and finding that special home for that special customer. She prides herself on making her customers and clients her first priority.

June Weems
June Weems- June has been licensed here in Texas since June, 1995. She has sold properties in several areas of Texas. June holds a BA degree in chemistry and biology from Hardin Simmons University, a Masters Degree from Texas Woman's University and has taught in five school districts in Texas as well as in Alabama and Tennessee. She taught 27 years before retiring from Longview High School. “I enjoy helping people realize their dream of owning a home for the first time. I am dedicated to helping people sell their homes as they move from the area or move into larger homes, as well as downsizing. Selling and buying land is very rewarding. I grew up in the country, so working with land has a special interest for me. Making friends as I have helped people with their Real Estate needs has been very rewarding. Selling and Listing commercial property has been extremely interesting, because of the wants and needs for this special type property by my clients.” June is a member of the Longview Association of Realtors, Texas Association of Realtors, National Association of Realtors, and the Greater Tyler Area Association of Realtors. June is also a member of the Gregg County Retired Teachers Association and a member of Pilot International, a non-profit organization, working to help people with brain injuries.

Donna Koerner
 Donna Koerner, of The Koerner Group has been in real estate since 1996. Her background in management and sales, along with her strong work ethic helped her become a top producer in the real estate industry early in her career.

Donna averages 60+ transactions per year including residential resale, investor sales, new construction and development. 

She has also coached real estate agents across the country for the Mike Ferry Organization.

Brian was born and raised in East Texas. He graduated from Hallsville ISD in 1998 and attended University of North Texas until 2004. A licensed Texas realtor since 2006, Brian strives to give his clients the highest level of customer service possible. He enjoys building lasting professional and personal relationships. Some hobbies include hunting, fishing, recreational sports and wakeboarding.

David Benson
David was born and raised in England, moving to Longview in 1997, to serve as pastor to a local church, he has served in Christian ministry for over 25 years. He is married to his bride of 40 years and together they have three grown children.

Realestate has been a passion with David for many years, as an investor himself he knows exactly what the savvy investor is seeking!

Also with moving home on average every three years, he knows which property attributes make for a great home.

Jan Saunders
Jan is a Florida transplant and has been in Longview over 30 years. Having retired after 25 years in nursing, she wanted a different career path where she could continue working one on one with clients for a successful outcome. Her experience has helped her develop the ability to focus on the client’s needs and will make any real estate transaction a positive experience. Jan’s hobbies include work on landscape beautification; she previously held the designation as a Texas Master Gardener and operated a landscape design business, assisting her husband Tom with remodeling projects. Her hobbies include photography and mosaic work.

Jan and her husband, Tom, are members of Mobberly Baptist Church.

Tom Saunders
Tom – a hometown Longview native graduated from Stephen F Austin with a BBA in accounting. Tom has a business background, having worked over 30 years locally in State Government. Past experience on the board of a Credit Union and establishing multiple Home Owners Associations; which involved dealing with lenders, title companies and local Realtors, helped peak his interest in the Real Estate business. “My extensive customer service background trying to find the best possible solution to an issue is at the heart of the real estate negotiation process; let me put that experience to use for your real estate purchase or sale.” Tom’s hobbies include traveling to scenic areas and pursuing the RV experience with his wife Jan, who is also a Realtor with Skip Morton & Associates.

Jackie Warren
Jackie Warren is an eager new Real Estate Agent. She is excited to help you find your new home or sell your current one. Jackie has always enjoyed helping individuals, and families find the perfect home that fits their needs. She has been involved with the industry for 6 years as a property manager and the Executive for the Greater Longview Area Apartment Association. She is an attentive, hardworking and devoted mother from Longview. Jackie describes herself as an ambitious, happy, and a goal driven person who will strive to give you the best experience when purchasing or selling a home.

Rhonda Brannan
Rhonda, raised in East Texas, began her career in customer service at a wholesale florist. She has 22 years in customer service and strives to make each encounter a positive one with the goal of building a long term relationship with each individual. She loves helping and seeing others happy. Rhonda and her children are members of River Crossing Cowboy Church and they love their church family dearly. She is devoted to her children’s happiness and to helping them achieve their goals. She is very family oriented. Her hobbies include wood crafting, shopping, hunting, and fishing.

Jackie Weaver
Jackie is an East Texan through and through. Graduated Spring Hill High School in 2003 and then attended LeTourneau University where she graduated Summa Cum Laude with a Bachelor’s degree in Interdisciplinary Studies. She began working for Skip Morton & Associates in 2007 and feels blessed to have met so many wonderful people through her real estate dealings. She is married to her husband Mike and they have 2 children: Cooper & Charlee Kate. Between work, school & church- you will often find them in Fayetteville, Arkansas cheering on their beloved Razorbacks! They are active members at St. Mary’s Catholic Church.
